Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final. Once a product or service is purchased, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.

• Rescheduling Training:
  If you need to reschedule your training dates, please contact the center manager at [email protected].

• Certifying Your Skills And Resume Buddy Platform:
  Purchases made through the  Resume Buddy and Certifying Your Skills platform are also non-refundable. For any queries, please reach out to [email protected].

• Exceptions for Refund or Cancellation:
  A refund or cancellation of the entire traiining course fee (not applicable for Resume Buddy and Certifying Your Skills platforms) will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The training center ceases operations.

  • The center is unable to deliver the training within 60 days from the date of purchase.

• Payment Failures :

  • For Payment failures while processing payments, please check with your respective bank.
