Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final. Once a product or service is purchased, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.

  • Rescheduling Training:
    If you need to reschedule your training dates, please contact the center manager at info@quality-education.net.

  • Certifying Your Skills Platform:
    Purchases made through the Certifying Your Skills platform are also non-refundable. For any queries, please reach out to info@quality-education.net.

  • Exceptions for Refund or Cancellation:
    A refund or cancellation of the entire course fee will only be considered under the following circumstances:

    • The training center ceases operations.

    • The center is unable to deliver the training within 60 days from the date of purchase.
